Corporate Finance and Accounting
The corporate Finance and Accounting department performs certain core functions at corporate headquarters, as well as support and guidance to the other SESI field offices.
Core accounting functions provided at corporate headquarters:
- Payroll
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Government DCAA Interface
- Financial analysis
- Tax/Accounting Interface
- Work with outside auditors
- Reconciliations: bank, direct/indirect costs, etc.
- Business licenses
- Balance sheet maintenance
- Development of policies and procedures
- Internal controls
Support Functions
- Budget preparation and analysis
- Vendor relations
- Procurement
- Financial reporting and voucher preparation
- On-site review and compliance assessments
- Oversight to ensure timely and accurate submission of government reports
