SES and GAL AMMROC Sign Agreement to Combine Global Aviation Services Expertise and Expand International Business Offerings

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 22 February 2023 – SES and GAL-AMMROC (Global Aerospace Logistics - Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Center), one of the leading providers of integrated aviation services announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for joint pursuit of contracts and to combine experience and expertise in aviation and related programs.

 

The framework agreement outlines cooperation in the areas of engineering, supply, integration services, logistics, maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services for rotary and fixed wing aircraft. The MoU was formalized at a signing ceremony at IDEX 2023, the premier defense exhibition and conference in the Middle East, by E. J. Sinclair, Vice Chairman of SES and Mahmood Al Hameli, GAL-AMMROC, Chief Executive Officer. 

 

Through this agreement, GAL-AMMROC will be able to enhance its expertise in several aviation services, while it transfers international knowledge to localized services. In parallel, SES will be able to leverage GAL-AMMROC’s capabilities to better serve markets in the UAE and throughout the region.
