Columbia, MD

about ses Science and Engineering Services has 32,000 square feet in Columbia, MD since 2003. The SES finance and Research and Development divisions both operate out of Columbia. Situated between Baltimore, MD and Washington, D.C., the facility is close to BWI George Thurgood Marshall Airport, Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, MD with excellent access to JPEO-CBD, RDECOM-ECBC, and RDECOM-CERDEC.

SES Huntsville Manufacturing and Aviation Operations

SES Manufacturing Operations are located in Huntsville, Alabama and offer state-of-the-art electrical/ mechanical manufacturing and platform integration facilities including local aircraft hanger operations. SES Huntsville Operations is geographically located near Redstone Arsenal, Alabama with primary focus on supporting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command and its tenant Program Executive Offices weapon system hardware.

SES, via partnership and existing DoD contracts, utilizes both Government and contractor facilities to support our rapidly growing customer base. SES currently has access to in excess of one (1) million square feet of manufacturing, integration, warehousing and office/administrative support facilities in the Huntsville/Madison County area.

SES also operates a remote office in Fort Rucker located in Daleville, Alabama less than 3 miles from the Fort Rucker/Enterprise gate. Our Fort Rucker location supports on-going contracts and business development efforts with the Army Aviation Center of Excellence.

Our facilities and operations are ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D and AS9110C Registered by Intertek. We have been certified to the Aerospace Standards for over 10 years

Work performed via SES Huntsville Manufacturing Operations’ contractor operated facilities utilize two primary locations/facilities (Huntsville East and Huntsville West) totaling 1.23M square feet.


SES Huntsville East

about sesThe SES East Manufacturing Facility is located at 4015 Pulaski Pike NW, Huntsville, AL 35810, phone 256-858-0106 and is housed in 63,200 square feet of buildings, all of which are heated and air-conditioned. SES has extensive experience and expertise in the design, development, integration, testing and manufacture of various aviation sub-systems integration kits (A-kits) and integration of corresponding avionics and other aviation kits/systems (B-kits) and well as a host of other DoD weapon system manufacturing programs outlined in our Success Stories section.

The SES East facilities consist of a complete manufacturing capability including:

SES Huntsville West

about sesThe SES West Operations Facility is located at 248 Dunlop Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35824, phone 256-258-0500 and has been upgraded to 1.17M square feet all of which are heated and air-conditioned. In 2014, SES added 124,000 square feet of hangar space as part our expanding facility and capabilities plan. SES West is just minutes from the Huntsville International Airport (HSV) - where SES manages another 101,000 square feet of hangar space. SES West is the center for all operations run under the LSFMA contract. The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Approved Procurement System/Purchasing Department resides within the SES West Facility and executes in excess of 15,000 purchase orders per year in materials acquisition, managing over 1,500 vendors.

In 2010, SES upgraded West Operations with a state of the art, multimillion dollar Paint Facility. The SES Paint facility has an EPA & OSHA compliant wash rack, and is 160 feet by 55 feet - large enough to fit two CH-47 aircraft at once. There is a second helipad by the paint facility for easy access. The facility has media/bead blast with the ability to section off from ongoing paint operations. Downdraft filtered air systems ensure coatings are applied evenly, and the paint booth is heated to ensure coatings are properly cured. SES maintains a full staff of experienced and certified painters and plastic media blast personnel on site. As of mid-2015, over 120 aircraft have been painted at SES.

SES Huntsville International Airport (HIA) North

Located on Huntsville International Airport at 2852 WALL TRAINA HWY, SUITE AA, HUNTSVILLE, AL, 35824, the HSV North Hangar Facility consists of 13,750 square foot hangar space and primarily supports SES's Non-Standard Aircraft Program Office and fixed wing requirements.

SES Huntsville International Airport (HIA) South

about sesLocated on Huntsville International Airport at 2844 WALL TRIANA HWY, STE BAY H, HUNTSVILLE, AL, 35824, the 87,253 square foot HSV South Hangar Facility is the larger of the two hangars that support a variety of rotary and fixed wing aviation requirements. Both the North and South Hangars support SES’s use of C-5 or C-17 aircraft in support of strategic and rapid deployment requirements.

SES Ft. Rucker, AL

SES Patuxent River, MD

about ses SES Patuxent River is located near Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Our Pax River Office supports Navy, Marine Corp, and Coast Guard customers with a range of operations including rapid prototyping, modifications, integration, and service life extension for helicopter, fixed wing, jets and unmanned aircraft. SES Pax River brings OEM-like capabilities with lower overall cost to the Naval Aviation community.

SES Warner Robins, GA

about ses SES Warner Robins Operations is located less than a 1-mile from the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WRALC). Our 5,300 Sq ft facility provides convenient access for our many WRALC customers. As we continue to grow our customer base, this new facility has the capacity to support our growth.

SES provides various logistics, analytical and Program Management support. Our primary customer is the SOF/PR & Rotary Division. This support primarily consists of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) analysis on thousands of items required for the HH-60G platform. Our DMSMS Team is knowledgeable of the most current industry tools and is considered some of the best analysts in the business.

In addition, our Technical Order Team provides an array of support in all formats specializing in the areas of sustainment, reformatting and digitization to include Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM’s).
